FSMTC Domestic Telephone Rates

Domestic or interstate calls are calls that originate in one state and terminate in another state. This service is provided on an end-to-end basis by FSM Telecom. Domestic calls have a minimum charge of 3 minutes.

For additional conversation time, if the final fraction of a minute is 15 seconds or more, the billing time is rounded up to the next minute. Otherwise, the billing time is rounded down to the nearest whole minute.

The following three (3) charts provide domestic calling rates.

• Standard Time Period: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday




• Person Initial 3 Minutes - $6.00


• Station Initial 3 Minutes - $3.00


• Each Additional Minute - $1.00


• Prepaid per Minute Rate - $0.50




• Evening Time Period: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday





• Person Initial 3 Minutes - $3.00


• Station Initial 3 Minutes - $1.50


• Each Additional Minute - $0.50


• Prepaid per Minute Rate - $0.30




• Night Time Period: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday





• Person Initial 3 Minutes - $3.00


• Station Initial 3 Minutes - $1.50


• Each Additional Minute - $0.50


• Prepaid per Minute Rate - $0.15
