What are FSMTC's mail server addresses?
Incoming Mail Server: pop.fm
Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.fm
What are FSMTC's domain name server (DNS) addresses?
206.49.89.2 and 206.49.89.4
Windows users: The values for the DNS servers are supplied to your computer when you dial in. You should not have to enter these addresses.
Macintosh users: You need to enter the DNS addresses into your network settings before connecting to the Internet.
How do I change my password?
Here are steps you can follow to change your internet account password:
- Log in to http://billing.fm;
- Type in your username and password;
- The View User Information page will appear. Click on the Change Password button on the Options section.
- A new page will appear asking for your current password;
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm the new password.
- Click on the submit button to complete the change.

How do I add a user to my Internet account?
To add another user to your internet account:
- Log in to http://billing.fm;
- Type in your username and password;
- The View User Information page will appear. Click on the View Internet Account button on the Options section.
- Under the Options section, click on the Add Users button.
(Note: You cannot add users if your internet account is currently using the Basic package and already has 1 active user(s). You may wish to upgrade to a package that allows more users or you can add excess users to the current package. Excess users are billed at $5.00 per user per month.
- Add new users' information. You have the option to allow each new user to administer account or not.
How do I remove a user from my Internet account?
To remove a user to your internet account:
- Log in to http://billing.fm;
- Type in your username and password;
- The View User Information page will appear. Click on the View Internet Account button on the Options section.
- Under the Options section, click on the Change Users button.
- In the Change Users page, you can deactivate the user you wish to remove.
How do I change my username?
In order to change your username, first you must add a new user to your internet account with a new username you want associated with the account. After adding a new user, return to the View Internet Account page and change users by deactivating the previous username.
How do I change my email address?
Your email address is the same as your username, so changing your username also changes your email address automatically.
How do I change my Internet package?
To change your internet package, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to http://billing.fm;
- Type in your username and password;
- The View User Information page will appear. Click on the View Internet Account button on the Options section.
- Under the Options section, click on the Change Package button.
- In the Change Package page, select new package and click Next.
- Confirm the package change and accept all fees associated with the new package by typing in the requested password.
Do you prorate the charges to an Internet account if I sign up in the middle of the month?
Yes. Depending on when your Internet account is created, FSM Telecom will prorate the charges to your Internet account from the date the account was created towards the end of that billing month. FSM Telecom will not prorate the installation/setup fee.
What if I cancel my Internet account in the early part of the month…do you prorate the charges?
No. FSM Telecom does not prorate charges to an Internet account that gets cancelled anytime of the month. FSM Telecom bills in advance each month for each Internet account and hence the Internet account user will be billed for the full month's charges even though the Internet account may not be used for the remaining month.
How do I cancel my Internet account?
There is currently no way of canceling your Internet account online. In order to do this, visit or contact your local FSM Telecom office to request for Internet account cancellation or you may email your cancellation request to CustomerService@telecom.fm. If you choose to email your cancellation request, please state the correct corresponding account information: owner's full name, billing address, and the Internet account numbers or usernames. We also do ask that you give us the reason for canceling your account so that we can improve the service for our other users.
Will I get charged even if I don't use my Internet account?
Yes. It is up to you to notify us to cancel an Internet account if you are not going to be using the account for a while.
My billing information is changing. How do I notify you?
Please visit or contact your local FSM Telecom office or email CustomerService@telecom.fm with your old information and your new information. Make sure your new information is highlighted.
I have a new credit card expiration date or how do I change the credit card that my service is charged to?

Why do I need to change my Internet account password often?
FSM Telecom has recently seen an increase in Internet account misuse. Most of these instances are a result of lax password security. Telecom must hold the account holders accountable for any misuse if the password is guessed, disclosed, or compromised. As such it behooves account holders to exercise safe practices with their passwords. Telecom recommends that all users change their passwords frequently, keeping in mind the password selection guidelines.
What is Prepaid Internet?
Prepaid Internet is an inexpensive way to access the internet. It is a great alternative to paying $19.95 each month for postpaid internet access, because you purchase what you will use in advance.
How do I start accessing prepaid internet?
