If you would like to report an outage in your area, please contact the Marketing Department.
Reporting an outage is an effective way to tell us about access numbers that are not working properly, or possible problems with our telephone services. The information you give us will be used to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve the problem you report. If you would like a personalized response please visit your local FSMTC office and a Customer Service representative will be glad to help you.
