What is a FSM Telcard ? What can I use a FSM Telcard for?
FSM TelCards are long distance calling cards extending users the capability of placing a prepaid call from any touch-tone telephone on FSM, Guam, Hawaii, and US Mainland. FSM Telcards can be use for international calling, domestic calling, refilling of cell phones or as a gift/souvenir from the FSM.

How much can I buy a FSMTelcard for?
FSMTelcards are available in $5, $10 and $20 denominations. Premium Telcards are also available at a minimum of $50. You can refill a Premium Telcard so that any amount left on the card is always carried over. (For example, if you have $1.00 left on your premium card, when you refill your card, the $1.00 is carried over.) You cannot refill a $5, $10, or $20 card.
Where can I purchase a FSM Telcard?
FSM TelCards are available at all FSM Telecom offices, your authorized local business outlets and wherever you see this logo.
How can I become an agent for Prepaid FSM Telcards? What are the benefits of being an agent for Prepaid FSM Telcards?
If you wish to become a reseller of Prepaid FSM Telcards, just contact your local customer service representative. All agents for FSM Telcards get a 10% commission on sales made.
What are the benefits and advantages of using a FSM Telcard instead of Direct Dialing and/or Overseas Account?
FSM Telcard has a number of great benefits over the Direct Dialing/Overseas Accounts, such as:
- When you finish your call you owe nothing to FSM Telecom
- You get more talk time as calls are cheaper
- You control your time and money
- You can call from any phone
- There are no service charges for overseas call
How do I use a FSM Telcard?
In the FSM, dial 211 and follow the voice instructions as prompted. Other areas, dial the 1-800 #s on the back of the cards and follow the voice instructions as prompted.
To use your Telcard to any number in the FSM while traveling in the US, dial one of the following numbers to connect you to the FSM operator:

To get your balance by phone:

Select Language Option
Enter FSM Telcard scratch-off number
Enter 225-2623 (BALANCE)
What are the charges for a domestic call using FSM Telcard?
When calling other FSM States, FSM Telcard users are charged $0.60 a minute during regular hours and $0.40 during off-peak hours. This is the same rate charged to FSMTCeLL users who are making domestic calls.
What are the future plans for the FSM Telcard?

Will I receive a monthly bill?
No. This is a prepaid system so you don't need to sign any contracts or pay any monthly fees. You can however check the call history of your card. Click here to get the calling history & current balance of your prepaid card.
