Rates and Information for Cellular Mobile Services

All outgoing cellphone calls are 15¢ per minute. Landline (PSTN) phones calling cellphones are also charged 15¢ per minute. There is no charge for incoming cellphone calls.

PSTN line refers to the fixed or regular telephone, whether residential, business or government.

• All local Voice Calls -- calls from a FSMTCeLL number -- are charged 15 cents a minute.
  
  
• Local call from PSTN to FSMTCeLL number: A minimal $0.15 (ten cents) per minute and is billed to the PSTN line making the call. All charges incurred on the telephone number will be in addition to the subscribed basic monthly rental fee.
  
  
• Long distance call from PSTN to FSMTC Cellular Mobile number: This call is charged the current applicable long distance rate. Before a call can be made to a long distance FSMTC Cellular Mobile number, the phone line must be accessible to either direct dialing or overseas account.
  
  
• Voice Call from FSMTC Cellular Mobile number to a long distance or international party will be charged the current applicable prepaid long distance and international rate.
  
  
• Voicemal Service (Calling 868): FSMTC Cellular Mobile customer accessing (retrieval and deposit) the voicemail service will be charged $0.15 (ten) cents per minute. A FSMTC Cellular Mobile customer needs to be aware that voicemail calls are treated as regular voice calls, therefore all voice call conditions apply.
  
  
• Balance Inquiry (Calling 234): FSMTC Cellular Mobile customer calling 234 to inquire on mobile account balance will be charged $0.15 (ten) cents per minute. A FSMTC Cellular Mobile customer needs to be aware that voicemail calls are treated as regular voice calls, therefore all voice call conditions apply.
  
  
• Interstate cellphone calls are calls between FSM states. These calls are charged to the FSMTCeLL subscriber making the call:
  8:00am - 5:59pm, Mon-Fri - 50¢ per minute
  6:00pm - 9:59pm, Mon-Fri - 30¢ per minute
  10:00pm - 7:59am, Mon-Fri & All day Sat-Sun - 15¢ per minute
  
  
• FSMTC Cellular Mobile customer accessing the short message service (SMS text) will be charged $0.06 (six) cents per message sent. The number of characters in message is not relevant to per message sent, and thus a message sent will be debited against the mobile customer’s prepaid account whether the message consist one character or up to the maximum standard (which is currently 160 characters). The charge for SMS text is in real time and will only debit the mobile prepaid customer once the message is successfully delivered. There is no charge for incoming SMS text.
